I can't say a lot yet, but we have accepted a referral for two children boy age 10 and a girl age 6. We will travel to the region possibly by train tomorrow night to meet the girl. She is at the orphanage, her brother is at camp. Please pray for God's continued guidance. We and the children will have to make a decision about proceeding. If by some chance, we don't adopt these children we have to come back to Kiev and get another appointment.
The appointment went very well. I was surprised about how easy it actually was....I worried for nothing..AS USUAL!!

Im so happy things went well! We have been praying! 10 and 6- what great ages! We'll be praying for the meeting. Will you meet the brother if he's at camp?

Whoo-Hoo! Read your blog before I turned in last night. Did the math and knew you would be having your SDA appointment at 1am our time (CO), said a little prayer! Glad it all went well. Yes, we worried for nothing too on our two adoption trips and will probably do so again when we go get Lizzie. We will be awaiting more stories.

Thanks so much for all the prayers! We certainly feel like we need them. This is a faith walk to say the least!! We are enjoying Kiev. It is a beautiful city. I hope the region is just as beautiful since we have so much down time!
We aren't sure what to do with ourselves. I do think we have lost a pound or two will all the walking!!
