Delayed again!!

Our social worker was suppose to come tonight for our second visit, however she got a case of the hives that was pretty bad. ( She's doing fine, just not feeling well now.) Therefore, appointment canceled AGAIN!! This is the third time we have had to reschedule our visit. UGH!!! Now she is scheduled to come on Wednesday and Friday of this week. I am sooo ready to be done with this phase, so we can move on to the next phase. My house has never looked so fabulous. I keep having to clean it and re-clean it for every anticipated visit!!! House cleaning is not high on my list of things I enjoy. :-) We have been praying that everything happens in God's timing, but I am getting frustrated with all of the delays. This is just the beginning of the process!!!! If nothing else, I will have learned to be a very patient person when this is all over and done with.
On a positive note, we have the money to completely pay for our homestudy and our immigration processing. Some of our dear friends in Kansas City have schedule a rummage sale with items that were donated and asking for donation from others. My sister in law is also donating items to the sale. Jeff and I can not express how much we appreciate their efforts on our behalf and to the sweet lady who donated many of the items. Our friend told us this lady passed away and her funeral is tomorrow. Please pray for her family. She has blessed my life and I never met her. We have also had another monetary donation toward our adoption by some other precious friends. This process is very humbling for Jeff and me. We are both very independent individuals who have a hard time asking for and receiving help. This adoption is bigger than both of us and there is no way we can do it on our own. We know we need God to provide what we can not and we are so humbled and blessed to have wonderful friends and family who are willing to donate and pray. We are praying God's blessings on your lives and know that He will bless you beyond anything you can imagine!
We continue to covet your prayer, especially prayers that we will get this homestudy over and done with already!!!!
